As the 3(38) Investment Manager of the ASAE Micro Plan Solution, Jackson Avenue 401(k) Advisors assumes the role of the fiduciary investment manager which is often assumed by the plan sponsor. These investment responsibilities include providing the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) for the micro plans within the ASAE Group Trust, selecting the investment options for the program in accordance with the IPS, and monitoring the investments to ensure they are appropriate for the program in both investment methodology and cost.
